Return Policy
At Ace Case LTD, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of everything we do. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products — including cases, cabinets, frames, clamps, and other components — are custom-built to client specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or tailor-made items, except in cases where the product is found to be faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Standard Products
If you’ve purchased a standard item and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate after confirming the issue. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to support your claim.
